Terms of order
These terms of the order in no way affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
No contract will subsist between you and ninetypluscoffee.com for sale by it to you of any product unless and until ninetypluscoffee.com accepts your order by e-mail confirming that it has dispatched your product. That acceptance will be deemed complete and deemed for all purposes to have been effectively communicated to you at the time ninetypluscoffee.com sends the e-mail to you (whether or not you receive that e-mail). Items cannot be bought for resale without prior permission. Ninetypluscoffee.com reserves the right to refuse any order that has not been conducted correctly or where any foul play may have occurred. Items cannot be bought for use in coffee competitions without the express permission of ninetypluscoffee.com, and it reserves the right to refuse to supply. Ninetypluscoffee.com also retains the right not to complete any order it wishes to do, providing that the monies have not been taken or a full refund is given. This is a retail site and, as such, is for members of the public and not for wholesale/reseller customers. By placing an order and giving credit card details on our secure server, you, the consumer, are bound and contracted to complete the sale unless ninetypluscoffee.com decides otherwise.
Perishable Goods: Since the Website offers perishable goods, such as roasted or unroasted coffee and/or other perishable items, we do not provide refunds after the product is shipped, which you acknowledge before purchasing any product on the Website. Please ensure you’ve carefully read the product description before making a purchase.
Non-Perishable Goods: Non Perishable goods are considered goods that do not degrade/decay quickly, such as merchandise, brewing items, etc. If goods are returned due to being faulty, so long as they are returned within a reasonable time, the remedy afforded to the customer, under the Sale of Goods Act 1979 (as amended), is a refund. Also, when a consumer exercises his cancellation rights, the customer will be given a refund within 30 days of their cancellation. Products where pre-order and deposit options are enabled are excluded by this policy, and no refund shall be issued for those products.
International Customs Regulations & Liability
You, the consumer, are given the right to cancel as required by the Distance Selling Regulations. You, the consumer, have the right to cancel your order without giving a reason. The cancellation period in the case of contracts for the supply of goods begins on the day the contract is concluded. The cancellation period ends on the expiry of 7 working days, beginning on the day after the day on which the consumer receives the goods. You, the consumer, will be asked to return and pay for the cost of returning the goods. Roasted and unroasted coffee are excluded from any cancelation terms, as they are perishable goods. No cancellation or refund will be granted for any roasted or unroasted goods.
On products where pre-order and deposit options exist, you, the consumer, need to deposit either:
- A percentage of the total value of the product (excluding shipping, exporting documents, phytosanitary certificate, and tax costs).
- The full value of the products purchased.
On the first option, the customer will be notified with an email two weeks before the release of the products. If the customer fails to complete the second payment, then the deposit is not refundable.

Expect delivery of your order within 28 days, although most items will be dispatched at least 24-72 hours after your order. If we cannot deliver the goods within this time, we will tell the consumer immediately and agree on another time for delivery. We will offer a full refund if we cannot agree on another time. These conditions are not applied to items in backorder or otherwise specified estimated delivery dates.
Please note we roast to order, so we can not always dispatch on the day of order. You can always assume that the roasting date is the date you received the shipped notification from our website.
FedEx: The aim is to deliver items within 14 working days. No guarantee of delivery at these times; this is an aim. It may take up to 28 days.
Delivery prices are priced on weight and size and will be added automatically when an order is placed. This will be broken down into the component of price and delivery charge. According to the Republic of Panama Regulations, a 7% tax will be added to the total cost of shipping, broken down into individual components. Additionally, the cost of the Phytosanitary Certificate and Exporting Documents (where applied) will be added, and broken down into individual components. The final price will be in United States Dollars ($) unless otherwise stated.
When do we roast coffee for orders?
We roast to order every day of the week (excluding bank and national holidays), and we dispatch the following day.
We will, in every case, acknowledge complaints within 5 working days.
We will, in every case, advise the consumer how long it will take to resolve the complaint.
We will, in every case, keep the consumer informed throughout the process.
